The FACILITYMASTER combines the most important products for building automation. Packaged in extremely powerful hardware, it becomes one of the most powerful visualization, automation and integration gateways in the KNX market.

 
 
 

NEW DIMENSIONS.

The FACILITYMASTER combines EIBPORT V3, DATALOGGER V2, APPMODULE, KNXCONVERTER and AUDIOSERVER in one device. This guarantees a unique range of services, ideal for the extensive requirements of larger projects. In addition, the professional server hardware offers outstanding performance.
The combination of EIBPORT and APPMODULE enables versatile integrations of third-party applications. The EIBPORT offers visualization and automation functions, while the APPMODULE contributes the extensive application library from the BAB APP MARKET (www.bab-appmarket.de).
For property connection and management without great configuration effort, the BAB SECURELINK protocol and (on request) the ADVANCED CENTRAL VIEW are available to the FACILITY MASTER. BAB SECURELINK is also implemented in the EIBPORT and LINKMODULE, enabling encrypted asset coupling across network domains. In this way, the individual properties are connected via the Internet or intranet without any special configuration effort.
With the help of the integrated DATALOGGER, the FACILITYMASTER offers professional data recording. This records up to 36 million data records in an internal SQL database and, if desired, regularly sends a CSV file by e-mail.
To round off the portfolio, KNXCONVERTER and AUDIOSERVER are also integrated. With the KNXCONVERTER, for example, non-KNX-capable systems can be integrated via a simple ASCII protocol, while the AUDIOSERVER is used for multi-room installations with the AUDIOMODULE.

The devices included in the FACILITYMASTER make it one of the most powerful visualization, automation and integration gateways in the KNX market. It offers enormous data acquisition capacity, a universal ASCII KNX gateway and a music server service based on the Logitech Media Server. Thanks to the powerful hardware, the devices integrated into the FACILITYMASTER have impressive performance. The integrated EIBPORT, for example, offers up to 256 simultaneous visualization connections and long-term data recordings for up to three years. With the Job Editor Classic and the LOGIKEDITOR, a wide range of automations are also possible. New: LOGIKEDITOR NETWORK – the online collection with hundreds of sample logic groups is now available directly in the integrated, graphical LOGIKEDITOR.

 

CENTRAL. SURE. CLEAR.
With the help of BAB SECURELINK, remote properties can be easily and easily connected to a central monitoring system via the Internet or intranet with an encrypted connection. This allows you to keep track of consumption, activities and fault messages of all connected objects.

EIBPORT, APPMODULE, DATALOGGER, KNXCONVERTER AND AUDIOSERVER: The combination of five devices makes the FACILITYMASTER a universal tool that can cope with a wide variety of tasks. From property management to PC single space visualization in open-plan offices – the FACILITYMASTER covers a wide range of applications. Use the included software CONTROL W for the use of virtual touch sensors and CONTROL R for room occupancy planning.

 

DATA RECORDING.
The integrated DATALOGGER enables professional data collection. The data is stored in an SQL database and linked to the KNX project data. The software also allows the desired data to be sent regularly as an Excel file by e-mail. The internal database is ready to collect more than 36 million records.
